Shipping, Insurance, Returns & Refunds

Local (Singapore) shipping options:

  • Self-collection at our store: Free

Worldwide shipping options:

    • Purchase(s) below S$400 value: SS$20.00 Singpost registered (trackable)
    • Purchase(s) above S$400 value up to S$1300: S$140.00 by FedEx (trackable and insured up to S$1,300.00)
    • Express shipment with insurance: $140.00 by Fedex
    • For shipment of watches with bulky boxes, please contact us for shipping cost quotation.

    *Watch shipments will be declared for its true value and may be subject to import fees / custom duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country; any importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


    Adult signature is required for receipt of the item. Please arrange for an adult to be at home to receive the delivery.

    Your address must not be a parcel shops (e.g. grocery store or supermarket ..), P.O. Boxes or virtual addresses.

    If the package arrives damaged, we strongly encourage you to refuse the package or to write clear reservations on the delivery slip explaining what is damaged. If reservations are not possible, notify us of the damage as soon as possible.

    Finally, do not throw away damaged packages or boxes and take picture of them; photos will be requested when you file your claim.


    Returns for Shipped Items:

      • Returns are accepted only if the item you received is entirely different from the item descriptions / pictures shown herein. Descriptions/Pictures shown are accurate and taken from actual item for sale.

      • 100% refund (sale price excluding shipping) will be given upon proof of non-authenticity from authorised watch dealer.

      • Watches/Accessories/Items are to be returned in the same condition sold, and including all boxes, papers, accessories, if any, to our store within five (5) calendar days of receipt.

      • To request a return, email within two (2) calendar days of receipt. We will respond with instructions. Items must be post marked before the end of the 3rd calendar day. Insured shipping for returns must be paid for by the buyers and buyers assume all risk. Returns must be shipped, fully insured, with the costs and risks assumed by buyers.
      • We will not entertain returns 2 days after you have received the item (post mark) or when the item was mishandled / abused / altered or with parts removed.

      • Refund will be made after the item is received (within 2 weeks), and inspected by us. Refund amount will be the sale price excluding shipping cost.


      Returns for items bought in our store:

      • Returns are accepted only if items purchased are proven to be non-authentic with proof from the authorised dealer.
      • Items purchased in the shop, and proven to be non-authentic have to be returned within three (03) calendar days from the date of purchase.
      • Items returned have to be in the same condition sold, and including all boxes, papers, accessories, if any, and without any alteration to the watch, bracelet, and strap.
      • To initiate a return for an item bought from our shop, kindly email within one (1) calendar day of evidence pointing towards the item to be non-authentic.
      • Returns of watches for any other reasons from are regarded as a "buy back" and are subjected to a discount at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to purchase back a watch.
